Social Services - Amend an agreement with The Young Women's Christian Association of Yonkers (the "YWCA of Yonkers"), pursuant to which the YWCA of Yonkers was to provide services to provide and operate an emergency overnight shelter at 10 Saint Casimir Avenue in the city of Yonkers, for up to sixty (60) single adult male individuals, with said facility also providing a day program for such individuals, and also provide services to transport additional persons, beyond the capacity of 10 Saint Casimir Avenue and other County emergency overnight shelters, to space at Operations Drive in Valhalla and operate an emergency overnight shelter at that location as needed, for up to thirty-five (35) single adult male individuals, for the period from 7/1/24 - 6/30/25, for an amount not-to-exceed $2,434,099 (DSS3039-24) by, 1.) extending its term by six (6) months, to a new termination date of 12/31/25; and 2.) increasing its not-to-exceed amount by $1,217,049.50, to a new total amount not-to-exce...
