Social Services -(i) Rescind Resolutions No. 112489 and No. 112497 both approved on 12/4/2025; and (ii) enter into an agreement with Greater Mental Health of New York, Inc., to administer its Partners In Parenting Hybrid Clinic program, for a term commencing retroactively on1/1/2026 - 12/31/2026 in an amount not to exceed $821,949.
