DPW/Transportation - Exercise the 2-year option for Contract No. 23-209 with Verde Electric Maintenance Corporation for Countywide Maintenance and Repair of Traffic Signals and Other Special Devices, Various Locations, Westchester County, New York and amend the agreement to (i) extend the term through 12/31/2028 and (ii) increase the contract amount by $585,168.80 for a total aggregate amount not to exceed $1,462,922 to cover the cost of services rendered during the extended term.
