Social Services - Enter into a sublease agreement (DSS3041-24) with Westhab, Inc., pursuant to which Westhab will sublease to the County eight (8) apartments at 205 South Waverly Street in Yonkers for transitional housing for homeless single persons and families, for a term commencing on 8/1/24 - 7/31/25, for a total amount not-to-exceed $403,200, payable monthly, at a rate of $33,600 per month.
