Planning - Amend its agreement with the Village of Ossining, pursuant to which the Village agreed to perform the Phase I & II Spring Street Walkability Improvement Project, for a term commencing on March 14, 2025 and continuing through March 13, 2026, for an amount not to exceed $400,000.00 in order to extend the expiration date of the Agreement from March 13, 2026 to March 13, 2027.
