Probation - Amend a permit agreement with the New York State Unified Court System, for use of the Ninth Judicial District court facilities by the County to provide Treatment Group sessions to its probationers and obtain the services of one (1) Court supervisor and two (2) Court officers, outside of regular business hours, for a term commencing on 1/1/25 and terminating on 12/31/25 in order to increase the not to exceed amount by $10,940.80, from an amount not to exceed $110,000 for an aggregate not-to-exceed amount of $120,940.80, to compensate the NYS Court System for additional services rendered during the term of the Agreement.
