Planning - Amend an agreement with 54-56 North Broadway, Inc. and Grand West Associates, Inc. d/b/a GW Contracting, pursuant to which the Contractor agreed to make repairs to and for the benefit of the low and moderate income households (Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8) at the property located at 54-56 North Broadway in the City of Yonkers, for the period from 9/15/23 - 12/31/24, for an amount not to exceed $191,600 in Landlord Tenant Assistance Program funding, by changing the expiration date of the agreement from 12/31/24 to 9/14/25.
