Information Technology - Amend Agreement No. IT-1581 with AT&T Corp., for cellular telephone and wireless data services, for the period commencing on 9/16/19 and continuing until the termination date of New York State Office of General Services contract PS68689, for a total amount not-to-exceed $2,575,000, payable monthly and as otherwise required by PS68689, by increasing the amount by $925,000, to a new total not-to-exceed amount of $3,500,000, in order to pay for the Services during the full term of the agreement.
