Human Resources - Enter into a license agreement with the City of Yonkers, whereby the County will permit the City to use property located at the County Fire Training Center, and equipment at the Training Center, in Valhalla as designated by the County, for the City to administer its Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) for firefighter candidates; and in consideration for the use of the property, the City shall pay the County $1.00 annually and administer the CPAT at its own expense, for which the term of the agreement shall be two (2) years to commence upon execution and terminate two (2) years thereafter.
