Planning - Enter into an agreement with the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson, pursuant to which the Village will undertake the replacement of the sidewalks as part of the Spring Street walkability improvement project, which will benefit low and moderate-income residents in the area, for a term commencing on 11/1/25 - 10/31/26 and in consideration for performing said services, the County shall pay the Village an amount not to exceed $196,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program funding.
