Health - (i) Enter into a three-party Lead Remediation Agreement with 10 BA LLC and Lead Professionals Inc., for the Contractor to perform lead remediation on the property located at 10 Bayley Avenue, Apts., 2A & 3B, Yonkers, in accordance with the New York Leading in Lead Prevention Pilot Program for the period upon execution of the agreement through 3/31/2027 in an amount not to exceed $80,000; and (ii) enter into a Local Program Administrator Agreement with the Participant to provide an amount not to exceed $80,000 to assist with the direct costs of lead remediation as well as eligible related costs, in exchange for which a Declaration of Interest will be secured as a recorded lien on the property.
