DPW/Transportation - Amend Agreement No. 23-906 with Hudson Valley Engineering Associates, P.C., d/b/a HVEA Engineers, an WBE and DBE firm, for Engineering Services in connection with the Rehabilitation of Central Park Avenue, CR #47-I/II/III/IV, City of Yonkers, New York, in order to (i) expand the scope of services to provide for construction administration services associated with this project; and (ii) increase the not-to-exceed amount authorized thereunder by an additional amount not to exceed $1,406,050 for a total aggregate amount not-to-exceed $2,577,720; and (iii) extend the term of the Agreement, from 12/31/2028 to 12/31/2029.
