Parks - Enter into a license agreement with Bronxville Scout Committee, Inc. whereby the County shall grant them a license to use and maintain a cabin and surrounding land in the County-owned Park known as Scout Field in Yonkers, NY for use by Westchester Scout groups, organizations and others, for a period of five (5) years commencing on 4/1/2026 thru 3/31/2031 for an annual license fee of $8,400 with the County having the sole option to extend the agreement for an additional five (5) year period under the same terms and conditions.
