Board of Legislators - Enter into an agreement with the North Elmsford Civic Association, Inc., pursuant to which the North Elmsford Civic Association, Inc., will provide performing arts programs, scholarships, community programming and food pantry programming, for the period from 1/1/25 - 12/31/25, for an amount not to exceed $61,380, with one-half due and payable upon full execution of the agreement, and one-half payable on or about 7/1/25.
