DPW/Transportation - Exercise the 2-year option of an agreement with AAA Carting & Rubbish Removal, Inc. for Countywide Solid Waste Removal Services, Westchester County, New York, amending Contract No. 23-210 by (i) extending the term through 1/11/2029 and (ii) increasing the amount of the agreement by $1,182,266.67 for an aggregate total not to exceed amount of $2,955,666.67 to cover the cost of services rendered during the extended term.
