Planning - Enter into agreements with Congregation Linked In Urban Strategy To Effect Renewal Inc. ("CLUSTER"), Human Development Services of Westchester, Inc., CHOICE of New Rochelle, Inc., and Caring for the Homeless of Peekskill, Inc. d/b/a Caring for the Hungry & Homeless of Peekskill, Inc., pursuant to which these providers will deliver services to families and individuals who are at or below 30% of the area median income and reside in jurisdictions that do not receive their own Emergency Solutions Grant funding, to prevent becoming homelessness, and for homeless shelter residents to have a dignified living environment, for a term commencing retroactively 3/1/2026- 2/27/2027 for CLUSTER, and commencing 5/1/2026 -4/30/2027 for the remaining organizations, in an aggregate amount not to exceed $265,800.
