Health – Amend 10/30/2025 resolution authorizing: (i) a three-party Lead Remediation Agreement between Ivan Bozhinova, Krasimira Valeva Bozhinova, and Lead Professionals, Inc. to perform lead remediation services on the property located at 274 North Fulton Avenue, 1st and 2nd Floor, Mt. Vernon, NY in accordance the New York State Leading in Lead Prevention Pilot Program in order to: (a) expand the scope of services to include additional lead free remediation work; and (b) increase the not to exceed amount by an additional $6,650 for an aggregate total not to exceed amount of $35,850; and (ii) a two-party Local Program Administrator Agreement with the Participants pursuant to which the County agreed to provide an amount not to exceed $80,000 to assist the Participant with the direct costs of lead remediation services on the property, in order to: (a) add a second Declaration of Interest to secure the additional $6,650 in Leading in Lead Prevention Pilot Program Funds to compensate the ...
