Planning - Amend an agreement with the Port Chester Housing Authority, pursuant to which the Housing Authority will make electrical upgrades to buildings 1, 3, 5 and 7 on Weber Drive, which is owned by the Housing Authority. The modified scope of work will include electrical upgrades in buildings 9, 11, 13, 15 & 17. Also increase the dollar amount from $400,000 to $800,000, an increase of $400,000 as additional funds is needed in order to complete the project. The expiration date will be changed from 6/14/25 - 12/31/25.
