County Executive/Ctywide Admin Svc / Planning - Authority to (i) enter into any agreements necessary to purchase and convey 0.32 acres of real property located at 81 Elliott Avenue, Yonkers through the New Homes Land Acquisition Program to create 9 affordable homeownership units that will affirmatively further fair housing; and (ii) enter into an inter-municipal developer agreement with the City of Yonkers and 81 Elliott Avenue Housing Development Fund, Company, Inc. to fund the construction of certain infrastructure improvements through the Housing Implementation Fund II Program.
