DPW/Transportation - Amend Agreement No. 21-909 with Princeton Hydro Engineering, P.C. Trenton, NJ, be further amended to provide for additional engineering services in connection with Furnace Brook Maiden Lane Dam Removal, Oscawana Island Nature Preserve, Town of Cortlandt, New York. The Consultant shall provide additional design services associated with this project that is outside of the scope of work included in the existing agreement, for a fee of $277,300, increasing the total maximum fee to $514,900. Approval of Aqua Survey, Inc., for Bathymetric Survey and Sediment Core Collection Services, Flemington, NJ, as a subconsultant.
