Social Services - Amend each of four (4) agreements, pursuant to each of which a contractor was to provide an emergency housing assistance program, and, therefore, 1.) extend the term of each agreement by one (1) year, to a new termination date of 12/31/26; 2.) increase the not-to-exceed amount of each agreement by varying amounts, for a total aggregate not-to-exceed increase of $8,533,433, in order to pay for services during the third option term; and 3.) reflect the fact that the County will have one (1) remaining one (1) year option.
