DPW/Transportation - Amend Agreement No. 23-912, with Hazen and Sawyer, D.P.C. White Plains, New York in order for the County to exercise its two-year option and thereby: (i) extend the term of the Agreement for an additional two (2) year period, commencing on 5/1/26 -4/30/28; and (ii) increase the not-to-exceed amount by an additional amount not-to-exceed $4,000,000 to pay for services rendered during the Option Term, for a total aggregate amount not-to-exceed $8,000,000.
