DPW/Transportation - Contract No. 22-523 with Mace Contracting Corporation (MBE) for Infrastructure Rehabilitation - Phase 3, Playland Park, Rye, New York. Approval of Change Order No. 2 to (i) increase the contract amount by $10,500,000 for an aggregate total not to exceed amount of $41,262,000, and (ii) extend the completion date from 12/31/2026 to 6/30/2027 to allow for the completion of necessary work that was discovered while completing work under Change Order No. 1.
