Social Services - Enter into agreement DSS3041-25 with the Young Women's Christian Association of White Plains and Central Westchester, Inc. in which the YWCA will operate its Awakenings Transitional Housing Program to provide justice-involved women, ex-offenders, and/or survivors of crime with a history of homelessness and/or substance abuse, a safe and structured supportive housing setting to help them re-integrate back into the community, for the period 7/1/2025- 6/30/2026 for a total amount not to exceed $225,210.
