Health – (i) Enter into a three-party Lead Remediation Agreement with Jose A. Pena and AltaVista Lead Improvement, Inc., the Contractor, to perform lead remediation on the property located at 138 Archer Avenue, 2nd Floor, Mount Vernon, NY, in accordance with the New York Leading in Lead Prevention Pilot Program for the period upon execution of the agreement through 3/31/2027 in an amount not to exceed $40,000; and (ii) enter into a Local Program Administrator Agreement with the participant to provide an amount not to exceed $40,000 to assist with the direct cost of lead remediation as well as eligible related costs, in exchange for which a Declaration of Interest will be secured as a recorded lean on the property.
