DPW/Transportation - Further amend Agreement No. 11-925, with Arcadis of New York, Inc., for Engineering Services associated with the Sewer System Rehabilitation, Blind Brook, Mamaroneck, New Rochelle, Ossining, Peekskill, and Yonkers Joint Plant Sanitary Sewer Districts, in order to reflect the assignment of agreement with Arcadis CE Inc. to Arcadis of New York, Inc. and retroactively extend the term of the Agreement to 12/31/2026.
