Title: Social Services - 1) Enter into a grant agreement with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development pursuant to its Continuum of Care Program, for the receipt of grant funds in the amount of $1,116,529 to implement the Rapid Rehousing Program called "New Start", for the period from 9/1/25 - 8/31/26 and 2) enter into an agreement with Westhab, Inc., in the amount of $1,159,425, to implement the Rapid Rehousing Program called "New Start", for the period from 9/1/25 - 8/31/26. The County will also provide a cash match in the amount of $70,000 toward the program, and the County shall retain $27,104 in administrative costs.
