Board of Legislators - Pursuant to Section 3(a)(xxi) of the Westchester County Procurement Policy and Procedures, to exempt from procurement an agreement with African American Chamber of Commerce of the Hudson Valley Inc., for the provision of a variety of programs for children and adults that foster economic empowerment, education and community engagement, for a term commencing retroactively on1/1/25 - 12/31/25, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.
