DEF - Contract No. EF-2314 with Spectraserv, Inc. for the Removal of the Daily Production of Grit from the Yonkers Joint, Peekskill, Mamaroneck, New Rochelle, Ossining, Blind Brook and Port Chester Water Resource Recovery Facilities and from the Hutchinson and North Yonkers Pumping Stations, Westchester County, New York. Approval of Change Order No. 1, increasing the not to exceed amount by $540,000 for an aggregate total amount not to exceed $2,170,000 for the costs associated with the unanticipated production of grit beyond what was estimated.
