Community Mental Health - Amend the agreements with Lexington Center for Recovery, Inc., and Lifting Up Westchester, Inc., to cover costs that were higher than expected as per the individual amendment amounts set forth below and in accordance with approved budgets, by reallocating funds from Human Development Services of Westchester, Inc. which has lower than expected rent and supportive services final anticipated expenses in connection with that certain Grant Agreement with the United State Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Continuum of Care grant in support of the Rental Assistance Project, in accordance with the listed chart.
