Information Technology - Amend Agreement No. IT-1689 with T-Mobile USA, Inc., for cellular telephone and wireless data services, for the period commencing on upon execution, which occurred on or about 11/8/21 and continuing through 9/15/24, or such later date to which the New York State Office of General Services might subsequently extend its contract PS68707, for a total amount not-to-exceed $45,000, payable monthly and as otherwise required by PS68707, by increasing the amount by $20,000, to a new total not-to-exceed amount of $65,000, in order to pay for the Services during the full term of the agreement.
