Public Safety - 1) Amend an agreement with the New York State STOP-DWI Foundation pursuant to which the Foundation agreed to reimburse the County in an amount not-to-exceed $47,000 to run special enforcement details that will conduct high visibility road checks, saturation patrols, and drug recognition expert call outs, for a term commencing on 10/1/24 - 9/30/25, by increasing the amount thereunder by an additional $7,500, for a new not to exceed amount of $54,500. 2) Amend a resolution approved on 11/7/24 to enter into agreements with one or more Westchester County municipal corporations, through their respective police departments, to implement the provisions of the reimbursement agreement by running special enforcement details that will conduct high visibility road checks, saturation patrols, and drug recognition expert call outs, for a term commencing on 10/1/24 - 9/30/25, by increasing the amount thereunder by an additional $7,500, to a new not to exceed amount of $54,500.
