Labs and Research - Extend an agreement with HumanEdge, Inc., to provide temporary laboratory technicians/professionals to the County, for services to be performed for the Department of Laboratories and Research, for the period from 1/1/24 - 12/31/24, for an amount not-to-exceed $273,000, with the County having the option, in its sole discretion, to extend the term for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods, on specified cost terms, by extending the term of the agreement, for the period from 1/1/25 - 12/31/25, for an amount not-to-exceed $273,000.
