Title: Emergency Services - Amend the grant agreement - DHSES WM22190201/Project No. UN22-1002-D00 in an amount not-to-exceed $1,409,862 under the State's FY2022 Urban Areas Security Initiative grant program ("FY2022 UASI Grant Program"), in order to (1) retroactively extend the term thereof by one year, from 9/1/25 - 8/31/26; (2) modify certain budget line item costs and expenses; and (3) revise certain Grant goals and objectives by increasing funding for equipment purchase and enhancement capabilities to better assess the vulnerability of and/or harden/protect critical infrastructure and key assets.
