College - To accept the termination of the Agreement with Elaine L. Craft Educational Consulting, LLC and amend the agreement with Arizona State University, by increasing the not to exceed amount to be paid to Arizona by $498,223, for the period from 10/1/23 - 9/30/28, for a total amount not to exceed $1,399,445, pursuant to which Arizona will also provide grantsmanship mentoring and promote learning and collaboration among two-year colleges.
