Public Safety - Enter into a grant disbursement agreement with the Division of Criminal Justice Services of the State of New York, pursuant to which the County will accept a grant in an amount not-to-exceed $62,975, under the Gun Involved Violence Elimination Initiative program to be used for personnel costs for partially funding overtime Field Enforcement (Hot-Spot Policing) and a Field Intelligence Officer, and for partially funding Field Intelligence Officer Fringe Benefits costs, for a term commencing retroactively on 7/1/24 - 6/30/25.
