DPW/Transportation / County Executive/Office for the Disabled - Amend Agreement No. DOTOP05-22, A2 with ACT Now Limousine Services, Inc. to provide paratransit car services in Peekskill and vicinities, from 6/1/22 - 12/31/24, for a total aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000, with the County having the option to renew the agreement for an additional five year term, in order to exercise the renewal option from 1/1/25 - 12/31/29, and increase the not to exceed amount by an additional $1,775,000, to a new amount not to exceed $2,775,000, under the listed terms and conditions.
