Community Mental Health - Enter into an agreement with Coordinated Care Services, Inc., pursuant to provide technical services related to the maintenance of a Performance Measurement Indicators portal with various services related to generating and evaluating performance reports for the County and certain community providers, in order to meet on-going local and state requirements, for a term commencing retroactively on 1/1/2026 - 12/31/2026 for an amount not-to-exceed $41,400.
