Senior Programs and Services - Amend Resolution No. 112119, approved on 10/16/2025, which authorized the County of Westchester to enter into agreements with each of the Contractors set forth in the attached Schedule "A", for the purpose of providing homemaker and housekeeper services with the Contractors having the option to provide consumer-directed in-home services to frail, homebound seniors under the Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program, increasing the total aggregate not-to-exceed amount of the Agreements by $393,653.17, comprised of $250,527 in State funds and $143,126.17 in County matching funds, from an amount not to exceed $2,471,470 to a new, total aggregate amount not to exceed $2,865,123.17, comprised of $2,117,353.00 in State funds and $747,770.17 in County matching funds.
