Information Technology - Amend an agreement with Cablevision Lightpath, LLC ("Lightpath"), pursuant to which Lightpath was to provide telecommunications services to the County, for the period from 1/1/16 - 12/31/25, for an amount not to exceed $40,191,031, with the County having the option to renew the agreement for one (1) additional five (5) year term on the same terms and conditions, by, 1.) extending its term by five (5) years, to a new termination date of 12/31/30; 2.) increasing its not-to-exceed amount by $28,529,307.95, to a new not-to-exceed amount of $68,720,338.95; 3.) modifying, effective 1/1/26, its existing pricing, service terms, and volume discounts; 4.) modifying, effective 1/1/26, its scope of services to make available additional telecommunications services on specified terms, and remove, and end the availability of, certain other telecommunications services; and 5.) modifying its terms to, a.) provide that the County has the right, during the period from 1/1/26 - 12...
