Planning / County Executive/Ctywide Admin Svc - Authorizing: (i) any and all agreements necessary to purchase approximately 1.76 acres of real property located at 1-3 Croton Point Avenue in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson in an amount not to exceed $5,725,000, and (ii) subsequently convey the Property to WBP Development LLC, its successors or assigns, or any entity created to carry out the purposes of the proposed transaction, for $1, in order to build 100 affordable homeownership housing units.
