Probation - Amend resolution approved on 8/28/2025 with the New York State Office of Victim Services to accept a grant in an amount not to exceed $422,347.44, with the County contributing $70,391.24 in matching funds to (i) change the name of the granting agency to the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, (ii) modify the grant funding amount to an amount not to exceed $140,782.00, and (iii) amend the grant term to a period of 1 year, commencing retroactively on 10/1/2025 and continuing through 9/30/2026.
