College - Amend an agreement with State University of New York to provide funding to Westchester Community College to host and operate the Educational Opportunity Program in order to: (i) to extend the term of the Agreement for an additional 5 years starting 9/1/2026 - 8/31/2023, and (ii) increase the funding payable to the college during the extension by an additional $1,093,067 for an aggregate total not to exceed $2,013,255.
