Ortiz aka Madelyn Gil and Altavista Lead Improvement, Inc., for the rehabilitation of the property located at 13 Normandy Road in the City of Yonkers, New York, pursuant to which Altavista Lead Improvement, Inc. ,will make repairs to and for the benefit of the low and moderate income households at the property located at 13 Normandy Road in the City of Yonkers, by changing the expiration date from 10/14/24 to 12/31/24.
