County Executive/Real Estate -Exemption from the Westchester County Procurement Policies and Procedures pursuant to Section 3(a)xxi determining that the application of the procedural requirements contained therein, including the necessity of soliciting written price quotations, is neither cost effective nor expedient, and accordingly, not in the best interests of the County of Westchester in connection with the procurement of a third amendment to an Agreement with RM Friedland, LLC for the provision of various real estate services to the County, by extending the term thereof through May 11, 2027.
