County Attorney - To purchase, a.) an insurance policy from Starr Surplus Lines Insurance Company for cyber liability coverage, and b.) an excess insurance policy for cyber liability coverage from Crum & Forster Specialty Insurance Company, each of which will be purchased through the brokerage firm of Marsh USA, Inc., and have a policy period from 7/11/24 - 7/11/25, for a total amount of $376,000 for both policies, plus an amount not-to-exceed $24,000 for all associated taxes, fees, and other costs.
