Parks - Amend an agreement with Zamperla, Inc., for emergency work for the County, including inspecting, repairing, replacing and maintaining certain rides at Playland Park and procuring necessary supplies and parts, in order to extend the term of the agreement through 9/14/25 and increase the amount not to exceed by an additional $46,727.09, bringing the total amount not to exceed, in the aggregate, to $1,781,756.57, is hereby amended in order to change the expiration date from 9/14/25 to 9/15/25.
