Parks - 1) Enter into an agreement with New York New Jersey Trail Conference to accept a grant in the amount of $15,000 to be used by the County to conduct a controlled burn at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation to eradicate invasive woody saplings and vines for a term commencing upon contract execution and continuing through 12/31/25; and 2) enter into an agreement with Star Tree Wildfire Protection, LLC, pursuant to which it will conduct the controlled burn at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, for a term commencing upon contract execution and continuing until the burn has been completed, but in no event later than 12/31/25, for an amount not-to-exceed $15,000.
