DPW/Transportation - Amend Agreement No. 15-959 with Arcadis of New York, Inc., White Plains, NY, be further amended to provide for additional engineering services in connection with the Sewer System Rehabilitation, Drake Avenue and Hudson Park Siphon Chambers, New Rochelle Sanitary Sewer District, New Rochelle, New York. The Consultant shall provide additional design services during construction and construction administration services associated with this project and for the additional services rendered, the Consultant shall be paid a fee of $125,000, increasing the total maximum fee to $2,078,478.81, for which the completion date of the Agreement shall be extended from 12/31/25 - 12/31/26.
