Parks -Fifth amendment to the management agreement approved on 8/26/2014 with Playland Ice Casino LLC, for the management of the Playland Ice Casino in order to: (i) to modify the County’s second one-year renewal option from a renewal period of 1 year to a period of 7 months from 9/1/2026- 3/31/2027; (ii) provide for the closure of the main rink from June through August 2026; and (iii) reduce the annual management fee, annual common area maintenance, and utility charges for total of 100% during the closure period.
